What is the average expected MPG of a HUMMER H2?

I am thinking of purchasing a HUMMER H2, and I have been told by some people that you only get about 9 MPG average, however others tell me that 13 MPG is a better average. Anyone own one?

3. about 9...they sux... not worth all that damn money. get something more fuel efficient.
4. It gets about 9 MPG on an average, that is correct....even though the H2 is a cool car, it sucks up way too much gas and is too cumbersome to manuveur.
5. I had one in the shop the other day and i was curious so pulled up the avg mpg on the dash. It was showing 11 mpg.
6. Most girls laugh At Hummers and say that guys that drive those must have small penis syndrome and the women that drive them are spoiled soccer moms or bitchy real estate agents.
7. You might be able to squeeze out 13mpg, if you put it on cruise control on the highway doing 55 mph.... drive for 4 hours and see what mileage your getting.... but around town... more like 8-9mpg
